Digital products
Finalink Global sells downloadable advertising templates, written materials, scripts, planners, and trackers. No physical item is shipped. Product pages describe the files included at the time of purchase.
Orders and payment
An order begins when you send a product order email. Finalink Global provides payment instructions and confirms whether the order has been accepted. Prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for accurate order and contact information.
Delivery
Download access is sent to the order email after payment is confirmed. Delivery timing and customer responsibilities are explained in the Digital Delivery Policy.
License
A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one business or end client. Ownership of the source products remains with Finalink Global. The complete rules are in the Product License.
Prohibited use
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, or give away the source files or substantially similar template products. You may not use the products for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, or harmful advertising.
Third-party tools
Some products may require third-party software such as Canva, a PDF reader, or a spreadsheet application. Access to those tools is subject to their own terms and may require a separate account.
Product changes
Product contents, prices, and availability may change for future purchases. Changes do not remove the license for files already lawfully delivered.
Disclaimers
The products provide advertising materials and organizational tools. Finalink Global does not guarantee advertising approval, audience response, sales, revenue, or campaign performance. You are responsible for final claims, targeting, platform compliance, and publication decisions.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Finalink Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses connected with use of the website or products. Total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
