Permitted use
You may edit the files for the licensed business, combine them with that business's text and media, export finished advertisements, and publish those finished advertisements through the business's website, social channels, advertising accounts, email, and promotional materials.
One-business scope
One purchase covers one business or end client. Agencies, freelancers, parent companies, and groups need a separate license for each additional business, brand, subsidiary, or client using the files.
Team access
Employees and contractors working directly for the licensed business may access the files only as needed to create advertising for that business. The purchaser remains responsible for their compliance.
Prohibited distribution
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload to a template marketplace, give away, publish for download, or provide the editable source files to another business or the public.
Prohibited derivative products
You may not use the files to create competing template packs, copy libraries, prompt collections, stock assets, courses, membership downloads, or other products whose main value comes from the supplied source material.
Intellectual property
Finalink Global retains ownership of the original templates, copy collections, scripts, planners, trackers, organization, and source files. Your business retains ownership of its own trademarks, media, claims, and content added to the files.
Platform and legal responsibility
You are responsible for verifying final advertising claims, permissions, trademarks, disclosures, targeting, and compliance with the rules of every advertising platform and jurisdiction where the finished material is used.
Termination
The license ends if its terms are materially breached. On termination, the source files and unauthorized copies must be deleted. Rights in lawfully published finished advertisements may continue unless their use also violates these terms or applicable law.
