Order process
Choose a product and use its order button. The prepared email identifies the product. Finalink Global replies with payment instructions and any information required to complete the order.
Delivery timing
Download access is normally sent within one business day after payment is confirmed. Weekends, public holidays, an incorrect email address, security review, or an incomplete payment may delay delivery.
Delivery address
Files are delivered to the email address used for the order unless another address is confirmed in writing before delivery. You are responsible for checking spelling, inbox filters, spam, junk, and storage limits.
Access problems
If the delivery email does not arrive within the stated time, contact inquiry@finalinkglobal.com from the order email and include the product name and payment date.
File storage
Download and store a secure copy of the delivered files. Continued hosting or replacement access is not guaranteed indefinitely, although reasonable redelivery requests may be supported when the original purchase can be verified.
No physical shipment
The business address shown on this website is a company address. It is not a retail pickup point, and no product is mailed from that location.
