Are these digital or physical products?
They are digital products. Nothing is shipped by post. Download access is sent by email after payment is confirmed.
How do I place an order?
Select a product and use its order button. A prepared email opens with the product name. Finalink Global replies with the payment and delivery instructions.
How quickly will I receive the files?
Digital delivery is normally completed within one business day after payment is confirmed. See the Digital Delivery Policy for details.
What software do I need?
The editable advertising designs use Canva. Written files are provided in common document and text formats. Planning and tracking files may require a PDF reader and spreadsheet application.
Can I change the templates?
Yes. You may change colors, text, images, and campaign details for the business covered by the license.
Can I use the products for client work?
Yes, but each purchase covers one business or end client. A separate license is required for every additional business.
Can I resell the templates?
No. Source files, editable templates, copy collections, scripts, and trackers cannot be resold, redistributed, shared, or included in another template product.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital products, completed purchases are generally final after access is delivered. Limited exceptions are listed in the Refund Policy.
Do the products include advertising placement or account management?
No. The store sells downloadable files only. Advertising placement, account management, and custom work are not included.
